OK, remember that in TX it is still salad weather (I know many of you are on to soups and stews...)
But, I just had the best store-bought salad dressing yesterday. Brianna's Homemade Blush Wine Vinegrette- it has a strawberry on the front and I found it among the more higher priced dressings (to the side of the Kraft and Good Seasons varieties)
It was just sooo good. I had it over a mixed green salad with blue cheese, walnuts, and halved grapes- it wasn't too strong to too oily and let all the flavors come through. The bottle says it's good over strawberries also- too bad they're out of season.
Anyone else still eating salads? Any favorite dressings?
