Best Standard View in WL?

Planning on a late April trip to WL and was wondering where the best Standard view is located at? I have somewhat read most of the posts from the sticky but i figured I would try this way as well.....

Last time we stayed at WL we had the best room EVER-- it was room 6028, I'll never forget it.

As far as I know it was a standard view (unless they upgraded us without telling us), but we could actually see the MK fireworks off our balcony at night. AND.... we were 2 doors down from the elevator which let off RIGHT next to Roaring Fork. Made getting refills with our mugs SO easy and convenient. I definitely preferred being closer to that "back elevator" rather than the main ones in the lobby. It was just easier in terms of the boat dock to MK, food, etc.

First off, Welcome to the DIS!!

I have to agree, the best standard rooms are the higher floors on the North side (facing MK). The drawback to some is that you can see the employee parking lot and the delivery area below, but hey, who looks down when you can see MK and the castle. Also, it is nice to be able to lay in bed or sit on your balcony and watch the fireworks.
