Best snacks in each land

We are keeping our dining plans pretty casual for our upcoming trip—probably will do one big meal out per day, with some meals eaten in our condo (or packed sandwiches, etc), and then filling in the rest with snacks. I’m working on compiling a list on my phone of tasty sounding snack options in each area of the parks, so if we get hungry we can choose from what’s nearby. I know we won’t get to everything in the list, but I’d hate to miss out on really tasty options because we just grabbed whatever mediocre thing was closest.

So far most of my list comes from watching DFB videos, but I know you guys can help me fill it in a bit more (or tell me if any of their picks are overrated!). We aren’t doing a dining plan, so for our purposes snack is a flexible term—we might share a full quick serve meal between a few of us as a “snack”, for example.

Here’s what I have so far...and yes, it’s a total junk food fest, so we’ll be packing lots of fruits and veggies along I think!

Ive been on many many trips and other than ice cream, I have never had a snack anywhere at WDW ! (We are too full from our meals), but the one thing I have always wanted and planned on getting was an egg roll from a cart I think in Adventureland. Dont know why..maybe just because I love egg rolls! They are probably gross, but one day, as full as I am, I WILL eat an egg roll at Disney!!

That’s one reason we’re only planning one real meal a day most days—late breakfast/early lunch generally, we’ll have our own snacks early in the morning and then nibble on QS or park snacks in the afternoon (rounded out with some apple slices and carrot sticks for a pretense of health!).

In AK, at the Pandora area, you must get a Night Blossom Drink. Its so yummy & fruity. "It has layers of purple and green slush, with flavors of apple limeade and desert pear, topped with passion fruit Boba balls" We had 2 back to back to share & had to resit a 3rd.

Gaston's- Cinnamon roll (I sometimes will get this at night and then have it for breakfast the following day

Pinnochio Flatbread and breadsticks are nothing special, we don't bother with them

Tomorrowland
Cosmic Ray's- the s'mores are okay, kind of dry, nothing that special but if you're in the mood for sweets there aren't many options besides ice cream in Tomorrowland. Loaded fries are good, and the Sonny Eclipse cheesecake is cute (if they still have it?)

Lunching pad- cream cheese stuffed pretzel

Main Street
Confectionary- treats like rice krispy treats or caramel apples
Plaza ice cream

Liberty Square
Sleepy Hollow —chicken and waffle or fruit and Nutella waffle (YES! To both!)

Adventureland
Aloha Isle- dole whip (the one that comes with pinapple upside down cake could get me into a lot of trouble) (don't overlook the orange one at Sunshine Tree Terrace)

For me there are only two must do treats: Dole whip swirl (the one that is half vanilla, half pineapple) at Aloha Isle in MK, and the Grand Marnier ice cream martini at L'Artisan Des Glaces in Epcot.

I’m going to have to be careful about some of these Epcot “snacks”, we’re staying offsite and driving! (and with 2 kids in car seats, Uber/Lyft is not an ideal option).

We love the candied almonds and pecans. They're at several locations, but we get them at a cart in AK near Lion King show and snack on them during shows (shh, i know we're not supposed to).
My guilty pleasure is the funnel cake from American Pavilion in Epcot.

Cheshire Cat Tail: DEFINITELY get this. I was worried this would be overrated because it doesn't look THAT good - but oh my gosh so worth it.
Cheeseburger spring roll: SO. GOOD.
Mini Churros at Pecos Bills: personally thought these were over-rated & dry

Epcot
Karamell Kuche - yes - get everything
Cava de Tequila - the chips & queso are great! What's even better though, is the Avocado Margarita. I know, it sounds weird. But I dream about it.
Les Halles - Creme brulee & the bacon and cheese roll (omg)
L'Artisan des Glaces - I know the Croque Glace is a huge hit with some - but I'm NOT a fan. It was too bread-y for me.
Kringla Bakeri - I learned that I am also NOT a school bread person - seems you'll either love it or hate it
Brown Elephant - a DELICIOUS (adult) beverage at the African Outpost. It's like a better coke slushy.
Germany - Grapefruit beer & nudel gratin (basically mac & cheese - so good)

Pongu Pomgu - lumpia - YES!
Nomad Lounge - we LOVED the charcuterie board, bread service, and truffle poutine!

These are my go to things that i have "discovered" over the years.

Caramel Corn from the German Bakery in the Germany pavilion. Get the white paper bag. Not the clear plastic. The white paper bag is fresh and its right next to the cashier. Its insanely good. But eat it right away(its a small bag), it has no preservatives and is very buttery caramel. So it only stays crunchy for like an hour.

Any of the Beer in the Japan pavilion. The drink booth in the the middle of the pavilion out in the open.

Noodle Gratin from the permanent Germany quick service in the back of the pavilion. Great baked mac n cheese. Kids love this and adults love it too.

"Tipsy Ducks in Love" Cocktail from the "Joy of Tea" stand in China. Its alcoholic iced coffee. Its dangerously easy to get wasted on this. Its a generous pour and its delicious. Its so good.

Spring Rolls at the booth right past jungle cruise but before you hit Pirates. It's a small booth. It's in Magic Kingdom.

Poutine from refreshment Port Next to Canada.

Anything at Satuli Canteen in Animal kingdom. Its customizable Quick Service. I like the steak and chicken with charred onion sauce and the rice.

Sticky Pork Ribs from Morimonto Asia. This table Service restraunt has a Quick Service window that you can walk up and order stuff from. It's in Disney Springs.

Pineapple Lumpia from Pongu Pongu. Look for the giant robot in Pandora. Its behind that.

Fried Green Tomato sandwich from Rosie's All American in Hollywood Studios. Located on the walk towards Tower of Terror to the left.

Fried Cauliflower from Golden Oak Outpost. Spicy. Located on the pathway from Splash Mountain to Pirates. Right next to pecos bills.

Bar inside Mexico to the right. Ive never had anything bad in there.

School Bread from Kringla Bakery in Norway.

Italy pavilion, in one of the gift shops on the front right of the pavilion you can get little individual Italian chocolates. They are really good if you like Hazelnut and they are a perfect dessert bite that is portioned for you.

Japan has a Sake Bar in the very back of the gift shop that offers tastings as well as having all the fun sweets and savory items from Japan back there. I always like picking something unique.

Morocco has Baklava in the Tangerine Cafe quick service that is really good.

Morocco also has a full bar in the spice road table restaurant on the water.

"Welsh Dragon" Cocktail from the bar inside Rose and Crown. You can just go in and get this to go.

Crepe (any kind) from the crepe stand in France. Located along the lake side of the pavilion.

The Brioche Ice Cream Sandwich in France(you pick the flavor) is really great and a very unique item in my opinion.

I think that's about it.
