Best single day car rental ?

I know National and Alamo are on the Disney property. For one day we would like to see Universal/IOA so we'd rent a car for one day. Alamo has a weekend special for $19.95, but we would have to rent for the Saturday and I heard IOA/Universal is too crowded on Saturday. I found a cheap rate through National with a rate ID from mousesavers was about $29 total with the taxes. Are there any companies that have a rate of about $20-$25 per day that also near disney???

Will you be going through the airport when you rent the car? L and M usually has pretty good rates and coupons on their website.
