I'm so excited to go and buy things in Italy because when I went to Italy I barely came back with anything! (Pictures would be appreciated)

The candy in Italy at WS was so yummy! When I got home I was sad I hadn't bought more; it was gone in a few days I plan to come home with bags of the stuff next trip

DW and I are in the process of purchasing the Fab5 figurines at the shop in Italy. We also purchased on our last trip a figurine of Tink, stands about 15" high.
We enjoy shopping in Italy, this is where we drop most of our spending money, but we enjoy it.

Anyone buy expensive luxury items? How were the prices?

My favorite WS purchase was in Japan. I got a small cat figurine with japanese writing on it. You're supposed to keep it close to the door in your house or work, and they bring different types of good fortune according to the color of the cat.

The only expensive item I got was a kimono, also in Japan, but that was back in the 80's, so I have no idea what they cost now. I don't know if you could call them a 'luxury' item, but they were pricey back then.
