Best Savannah View in AKV Jambo

We have a 6:30 am flight this Wednesday.... only hours away... yipppeee... and I would like to know what Savannah view I should request when I check in. I want to be close to the lobby and pool and I want a sunset view. Please advise O Wise Disney Friends!!!

Need to be close to the pool? Ask for an Uzima savanna view near pool or an Arusha savanna view near the pool. You don't want a Sunset savanna view in this case.

Giraffes are in every savanna except the Pembe savanna over at Kidani. If you look at the map.

Wait, do you want to stay at Jambo or Kidani? I just looked and yeah, you want Jambo. Take a look at the Animal Kingdom Lodge map and you will see why I do not recommend the Sunset savanna if you want to be close to the pool.

My Zebra Trail view was spectacular BUT....it was a loooooooong way from the elevators/lobby.
