Hi All! I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for best restaurants to share a meal between two adults? Which restaurants seem to have the most plentiful portions? We are looking to dine at some table service restaurants but looking to do it in a more economical way this time around. Lastly, are restaurants pretty ok with sharing or is it frowned upon? I already know there’s no sharing at buffets and at Via Napoli. Any others that don’t let you? Thank you!

You can split a meal at at TS restaurant as long as it isn’t a buffet.

We've always shared at Beaches and Cream, but that's because we want to have room for our No Way Jose Sundae-one for each. Those we don't share! We also share at Tangerine Cafe, but we get an extra side.

I've shared Aunt Liz's golden fried chicken at 50s Prime Time Cafe. And I had the chicken parm at Tutto Italia in October and would say it is shareable. There were 2 decent sized pieces of chicken. You may want to add a second side of pasta, but it sure was a filling meal. Crazy thing is, that is not even on the official menu; it is just on a table tent as a chef's selection or something.

Just FYI...you can split meals all you want at Via Napoli, as long as you're paying out of pocket. They do no allow splitting meals on the DDP, but oop you can do whatever you want.
