Best restaurant to celebrate ds's 4th b'day??

Hi! I am going to get a special cake for one of our ADRs to celebrate my ds's 4th birthday. We have put his b'day as a note on all of our ADRs but which restaurant should I have the cake at?? Which place would make a big deal out of it the most?? Anyone know from experience?? Here is a list of the ressie's we have...

I think Garden Grill would be perfect. The character interaction is really good at that one. It think it would be perfect for a little boy to get his bday cake there!

I would have to say Chef Mickey's (no contest) they make the biggest noise! Napkin waiving is the best, Also have to say Teppan Edo does a nice job too- they come out with a chef hat for the B-day child and desert, so even if you don't have a cake most rest. will bring out a cupcake or desert for b-day child, so why not celebrate at all places!! we did! everywhere/everymeal it was my GS's B-day! But if I had to pick one- Chef Mickey's.
