best rate for a suite at RPR ?

I would like to know the best rate anyone has gotten for a suite at the RPR

Tell me if you used Loews, AP, AAA etc.

I was offered a King Suite for our October trip for $216/night. This was with the AP rate.

I paid $299 for a King Suite at RPR during Presidents' Week (this year). I made the reservation in September and could not apply any kind of discount - not AAA, Entertainment Card or Fan Club Card. I didn't have an AP, so I don't know if that discount would have applied.
