Best rain ponchos

I swear by the Magellan ponchos. They don't get you all hot and sweaty during July and August when it it downpours every afternoon. They are a little pricey, but they are completely breathable, no rubberized material, they dry really fast, and they fold up into a very small pouch. We love them!

Really? I mean really really? I hate getting all sweaty in the mickey ponchos. I'd rather get soaked then wear a sweaty poncho. If this poncho is breathable I might give it a chance. I go to WDW several times a year so the $40 wouldn't be bad if I can use it many times.

The Magellan's don't rip, they have much better airflow, and they have no plastic or rubber. They definitely keep you from getting all clammy and sweaty they way you would with a plastic or rubber coated poncho. We've used ours the last 3 years and they still look brand new. It was definitely a much better poncho experience than what we had with the Disney ponchos.

Seriously, any poncho is fine. The purpose is to keep water off of you, so the ones from the dollar stores or Walmart do the trick. When you are done with them, they easily fit into a quart baggie for next time.

I life the disney ones best. My DH is 6'4" and the other ponchos (like walmart) come to his waist. Just picked up 4 for this years trip for $5 a piece today on disney store site. Totally worth $5
