We're typically grab and go types for breakfast as we want to get on with our day. Normally, we'll stop off at Jolly Holiday after our customary sweep through Tomorrowland. Since we're doing 4 days this time, I've planned Jolly Holiday for the first day, Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical in CA for day 2, Ronto Roasters for Day 3 since we loved the Ronto Wrap breakfast we had in WDW, and I was just planning a redo of Jolly Holiday on day 4. Wife is not a fan of redoing anything.

I'm asking for the collective wisdom of this site to help me figure out what are some other good breakfast options. She's interested in the Red Rose Tavern for the breakfast burger. We debated Carnation Cafe since Day 4 is our take it completely easy day but I'd rather have lunch there as the breakfast seems fairly basic. Any other thoughts on good quick service breakfast places in DL?

Also, is there a better California Adventure option? We'll either start our at Pixar Pier or Cars Land. I thought about Flo's V8 but was thinking of something faster that's why I thought of the Fiddle, Faddle option since we can grab some stuff while waiting in the rope drop line.

I've never heard of Fiddle Faddle before. Where is it located in DCA? I can't find it on the map.

I always get the Impossible Shararma in Avengers Campus

Our favorite is always Galactic Grill. My boyfriend loves the breakfast burrito and as someone who doesn't eat a big breakfast I love the kids' slider w/ fruit option -- both "walkable" meals!

There's also the spot in Frontierland with a breakfast chimichanga that can be eaten on the go.

In DCA the coffee cart at the start of pixar pier has a chorizo breakfast burrito too?

We're currently planning our first Disneyland trip for early June and I'm really excited by how many QS breakfast options are in the Disneyland parks in comparison to WDW. At WDW, it really feels like your options are resort QS, Starbucks, and *maybe* one additional in-park option, if you are lucky. I'm excited to try something different each day for breakfast when we get out to Disneyland.

I like all the ones listed. Couple others:

La Brea Bakery just outside the gates in downtown disney.
In the before times, Flo's in DCA. Even though they are "open" during breakfast, they don't have a breakfast menu right now.

I like the ones you mentioned, especially Jolly Holiday. If you like Carnation Cafe you could have breakfast on day 4 but have lunch there on another day.

Are you specifically trying to eat in the parks? The resort hotels and Downtown Disney have some nice breakfast spots.

I’m really looking forward to trying the breakfast bowl at red rose tavern my next trip. Also the snack cart outside of Big Thunder has a great breakfast chimichanga. Not sure if it operates every day or not.

I second La Brea Bakery in DTD. It’s really close to the park entrances so you aren’t backtracking.

Really wish Flo‘s would bring back the breakfast tamale. I love tamales. ;)

Oh yeah, and if you aren’t tied to the parks head to DLHotel for the Loco Moco breakfast Burrito, extra gravy. I dream about that burrito….

Yes, trying to eat only in the parks only. We’re staying off Harbor Blvd so going to DTD is past where we would want to go.

Well....my favorite breakfast is a Churro at the cart by the Castle...but that probably isn't what you are looking for.

CA has a cart with coffee and pastries right before you cross the Pixar Pier bridge if you want something really fast.

As far as Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical Cafe, I will warn you that it may not be that fast because it is a Starbucks. The line can be insane. DD loves Starbucks. In October, we had been mobile ordering the DTD Starbucks (the one they have now closed down) when we left the hotel and grabbing it for DD on the way to the parks-but one morning mobile order was not available at that location. When we walked by it was hugely crowded which was clearly why they weren't taking mobile orders (it was always crowded, but that day it seemed worse than usual). DH promised DD he would get her Starbucks in CA once we got in the park. He was in line at Fiddler for 45 minutes!!!!!! He had promised her and she held him to it. You definitely want a back up plan for that one. I bet it is even worse since that Starbucks in DTD closed down.

That’s excellent info on CA. We’ve had it for breakfast before but it’s been a long time, 2019 I would think.

We just got back on Friday and ate at Pym's as well as Red Rose Tavern for breakfast. Easy to mobile order!

Just curious-How far in advance did you mobile order? We want to go to both of those places :)

I would avoid Starbucks - those lines are super long first thing in the morning.
