Best price for Shutters photo book?

I'm on the wbpc in April. I'm seeing the photo book for sale on My Cruise Photos at $139.95. Is that price discounted? I don't see anything on the site telling me that this isn't a special price, but I have found a blog entry saying it costs $10 more than this.

The price is normally $149.95
