Best places to watch EWP

We have a plan to do a monorail lounge crawl and I was thinking it might be nice to watch the EWP from one of the resorts if possible.

From what I could gather doing a search, from the Poly the best places are the beach or the boat dock.

From the CR and the GF, would it just be from anywhere along the beaches or is there a better place? I guess I mean good views and lower crowds.

IMO, at Poly the boat dock is the better spot. The beach is ‘ok’ but you have to watch where you are - they park the first floats too far in front of the Bungalows (in my humble opinion) so depending on where you are on the beach the first floats can be cut off. More towards the boat dock or on the boat dock itself is better.

Side note, I’m curious to see if they adjust the EWP location once the Poly DVC tower is complete, but we have a bit to go before that happens. (I personally hope they do)

At CR, beach or boat dock are all pretty similar. I’d do the boat dock.

Poly is the better resort to have beverages in hand while you watch, just a lot of options. GF and Poly may be preferable since it’s earlier in the night. As the last stop, CR is relatively late (although that may be better for some monorail crawl plans).

You can see the times in MDE when the EWP will stop at each resort, so I figured it would be good to know where at each resort to go depending on where we are.

The boat dock or I often watch from Boca Chica. If you just walk straight through BC lobby and out lobby doors you can sit on the steps and have a great view.
