Best Place @ WDW To Buy Scrapbook Items

So where is the best placed at WDW to buy scrapbook items? I was there last year and found one store in MK that had a lot of stuff (I can't remeber the name, I'll have to look at the map) but I hear there's a place in Downtown Disney. We are going again in April so I need to know all the places to go shopping!
