we stayed there a couple of years ago - it was really lovely, charming staff and huge rooms. There are some loud areas from the freeway - we asked for a high floor overlooking the pool close to the lobby building which was great. I hope you love it.

My biggest recommendation for restaurants is Maggiano's over the road at Point Orlando - delicious! we must have gone there 3 times that trip and always make the time to head over when we are in the area. I'd also highly recommend Denny's (the one left from the Rosen, going towards Universal, the other was not so good) for breakfast - super cheap too!
