We off to orlando in sept 2014. We staying on I drive we there 28 days. Just wonder if you could name few places we should try for eating out as it's our first time there.

I think Giordanos Pizza is one of those must do experiences (if you like that sort of thing).

They make HUGE pizza pies, which are nothing like I've seen in the UK! Very filling too. They're a kind of deep filled, upside down pizza pie - toppings on the bottom, then TONS of cheese, then sauce on top. They're just yummy!

We love pizzas. I can remember from going to vegas what the food sizes in USA, we had a pizza first night the we ordered 2 middles thinking we normal have large back at home we couldn't finish them so then on we ordered 1 middle between us lol

We had one medium between the three of us and still couldn't finish it all lol!

Cheesecake Factory was excellent. Mind you I could only cope with a starter as a main course...it was huge.
I also really like Johnny Rockets. The food is ok but I just like the whole 1950's Americana feeling to it. I feel like I am on the set of Grease!
On site at Disney I still really think Wolfgang Puck is excellent. Don't think I have ever had a bad meal in there and their Crème Caramel is to die for.:goodvibes
We really are not into lumps of meat or burgers/hot dogs etc are tend to go for salads and other items over anything that looks beige and brown...

Orlando Ale House, Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden and Perkins (for breakfast) to name just a few :goodvibes

Thanks. We staying rosen inn at pointe orlando

Well you have Friendlys, which does family friendly cheap meals, speciality ice cream.
There's a Ben and Jerry's store over the road.
Tony Roma's a few doors up, good for ribs.
Olive Garden a few doors up nice - chain - Italian.
TGIs across the road, bar and cheap restaurant, mainly burgers etc.
Johnny Rockets over the road - burgers, shakes, fries.
Marlow's Tavern - nice bar with food.
Millers Ale House and Bahama Breeze over the road - not a fan but others rave.
There's also a Subway and a Dominoes over the road for fast food.

If you're looking for something a bit more special, try Capital Grille or Fogo de Chao.

All of these are within 5 minutes walk of your hotel.

Definitely Orlando ale house and tony romas near that location, there are a ton of places you can walk to, so you can have a drink without worrying how your going to get back. We've had a number of good nights at the Orlando ale house.

Orlando Ale House ........ Mmmmmmm! I can smell the $9.99 lobster dinner from here ........... Probably my best meal of 2013

Sweet Tomatoes is amazing! Also loved Millers Ale House. Cheesecake Factory is expensive for what it is we felt. There are a couple of restaurants in Tampa that feature on that Diners, Drive In's and Dives if you fancy a day out. Keegan's is highly recommended! Good luck x

CF is a little more expensive than some of the lower end restaurants but good quality food & massive portions. We can easily share 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert between 2 of us.
