I love Bill Wongs, usually go there 2 or 3 times every visit.
The TGI Fridays towards the North end of I-Drive was nice, good food, friendly staff. We also liked the TGI's Sports bar/restaurant, opposite the Mercado shopping mall, a little south of the Sandlake/I-Drive junction
Charley's Steakhouse, also just south of the Sandlake/I-Drive junction, is another guaranteed venue for my crew on any visit (though we often go to the one on US 192 near Kissimmee as we usually stay in that area, and it tends to be quieter to boot). I'm not a particular steak fan, but Charley's is an exception - there steak is as good as it gets IMO (and the pork chops are even better !). Great food, good service, and the biggest dessert portions you'll ever see !
I might be wrong but I think there is a Bahama Breeze at the southern end of I-Drive too now - if so, I'd give that a try too. Very nice food and good value too.
If you want to keep the budget down, I'm a big fan of Ponderosa (2 locations on I-Drive I believe), another of the few places where I actually look forward to a steak ! It's buffet offers a good choice of perfectly good food at a bargain price, and the steaks are great. We often take breakfast here too.
Golden Corral is aother spot we often use for breakfast, and it's usually very good - great selection. I've only had one evening meal their, in the one on US 192, and though the food was fine, the place itself was a little shabby and down-market, and kind of put me off. We usually breakfasted at their LBV place while staying at the Grosvenor, and thats much nicer - never used one on I-Drive.
Hope this helps.
