Best place to eat at Animal Kingdom

We enjoy both Tusker House and Flame Tree. They both are above average CS. We use them to save a TS (DD plan) for a signiture meal as they are big, filling meals. We've also shared one meal between two people at FTB.

I like Flame Tree first, and Tusker House second....DH likes Tusker House first and Flame Tree second!

Count another vote for Flame Tree BBQ. Both DH & I had the smoked chicken there on May 19. It was very moist and had great flavor. I'd have to say it was one of the top CS meals we had. DD age 8 had the hot dog. We following the pathway to the back all the way down to a very nice eating area at a lake/pond. It was nicely shaded and not crowded. I think we ate at about 11:30am. It was a very relaxing break after a long morning of lots of walking! We ate at Tusker House several years ago, and I while I can't remember what we ordered, I do remember that was also very good.

Flame tree -- is great for a couple reason... large assortment... i usually get the pull pork sandwhich (comes with corn on cob and bbq beans) ... always puts me in the stuffed position...

another plus is if your a member of DDE you can use your discount card there.

Flame Tree BBQ. The food is really good and the seating areas by the water are perfect. Gets a little busy but there is plenty of seating room most days.

I like the Tusker House. They have the rotisserie chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes dish that is awesome! Have a great trip!

Two more votes for Tusker House. The rotis. chicken meal, followed by a slice of carrot cake, is one of our favorite meals anywhere. Note that they usually close earlier than the other places--around 3:00 when we were there in April.

We love Tusker House. They have the best corn chowder. We order extra sides of it every year - in June! Just a few more days...

We LOVE Tusker and always order the turkey wrap which comes with corn chowder and grapes. It is yummy.

We've only gone to the Rainforest Cafe. The kids loved the atmosphere. Maybe we'll try one of the others next time.

A vote for Flame Tree also, not only for the food, but we love going way in the back and sit by the lagoon and watch EE. Beautiful view and peace and quiet!

Pizzafari was great-just got back a week ago...we had planned on Flame Tree but the Pizzafari totally hit the spot-loved the Chick Caesar Salad...kids and hubby loved the pizza!

Tusker House...that rotisserie chicken is so good! The last time we were there, there was a musician playing a stringed african instrument. The music really added to the atmosphere.

I haven't tried Flame Tree yet, but last month we ate at Tusker House. DW and I both had the chicken, and it was fantastic.
