Dh needs to buy a book for work. Its not a college course book. So where's a good place to buy books for welding , water treatment trade etc? Thanks

He was checking on ebay and cheapest is $90. I told him let me check with the DIS board because they know where to find the best deals

They also carry reference books (and textbooks) on all different subjects. For example, I typed in "water treatment" and several options popped up:

did you try half.com??? It is part of ebay but doesn't show up in an ebay search. But if you search on half.com, ebay shows.

Yes dh looked on there. He found it for $90 used plus $5 for shipping. Hes still looking for a budget price

Have you looked on deepdiscount.com? I just checked there. I searched for welding and water treatment, and a number of books popped up.

If it doesn't have to be a new copy, check with your local used bookseller. Even if they don't have it in stock, they often have sources for getting used books in.
