Best place for fireworks, not in a park?

We do not have park tickets for our arrival day and are looking to make a dining reservation somewhere and would like to pick a place that would have a good view of the fireworks at any of the parks really. We have tickets for both MK and Epcot during our trip so we will see both those shows during the week but maybe something in Disney Springs or one of the resorts for a late dinner/fireworks show? Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.

There is an excellent view of the MK fireworks from the Grand Floridian patio located in front of Gasparillas. They pipe in the music there.

There is a very good view of the Epcot fireworks from the bridge located between the Beach Club and Boardwalk resorts. You can hear the music from there. I think you can see fireworks from Hollywood Studios from the bridge, but you can also see Hollywood Studios from the beach area in front of the Yacht Club.

Our favourite is the beach at Polynesian resort. Grab a dole whip, head down to the Lagoon. They pipe in the music for both the projection show and the fireworks, and the little water light parade thing will come by.

California Grill is a restaurant on the top of the Contemporary. You can see MK fireworks while eating (if you ask for a window seat). You can also go outside on their observation deck.

The bridge between the Contemporary and BLT is a good viewing spot. I think there was also sound.
