Best place for breakfast POFQ vs. DD?

I will be staying in POFQ and wondered if I should go to the food court for the beignets or head to Downtown Disney for something? Any reccomendations from the foodies out there? Thanks!

IMHO stay at your resort and eat a filling breakfast. DTD does not have very good breakfast restaurants and it takes too much time.

I don't think you will be able to find breakfast at DTD before 9:00 or 9:30.

I agree with the others. Utilize your food courts. Downtown Disney has disappointingly few options for breakfast.

I dont get the love that the beignets are always praised with, I think they are kinda yucky but the cheese danish at the POFQ are to die for.

I am not a danish/sweets type person. particularly for breakfast. I would walk over to the POR foodcourt and order from the omelet station.
