Best Place for a Steak in Disney?

my wife swears Yachtsman(porthouse) was the best steak she ever had!!!

I'd rank them:
1. char crusted strip at Flying Fish (had several times and still say it's the best steak on property)
2. strip topped with crabmeat at Turf Club
3. filet at Jikos
4. strip at Coral Reef
5. filet at Le Cellier
6. porterhouse at Yachtsman
7. Chef's de France
8. ribeye at Maya Grill
9. Mama Melrose

some that were not so good are the ones we had at Citricos (very dry), Narcoosee (just OK), California Grill (just OK), Big River Grill (no flavor), Rose & Crown (full of gristle), Wave (full of fat, tough, and stringy), Whispering Canyon (full of fat and gristle).

I've never eaten at any of the Swan/Dolphin resorts so can't speak for those.

Flying Fish has the best steak. Brown Derby has a really good steak too, my second choice (DH's first choice). Le Cellier is just okay.

my neighbor comes from a family of big steak eaters.... they ate at the grand floridian for dinner last year and said it was one of the best steak dinners he had at WDW....

Does he remember which restaurant? Victoria & Albert's, Citricos, Narcoossee's, and Grand Floridian Cafe all have steak.

sorry , i meant to put this in my original email..
they ate at the Grand Floridian Cafe..... and they raved about it and believe me ... this family are big meat eaters... down to all 3 kids...(it really amazed me... don't know why...)

Best steak in WDW = Shula's. Best Disney steak = Yachtsman. jmo

The "Prime" NY Strip at the Yachtsmen was better than most of the Filet's I have eaten at WDW. I highly recommend it at Yacthsmen.

I may be biased, but I've never had a bad steak at the Flying Fish. (Char-crusted New York strip)--always pleasing!
