best park to go to on a sunday?

What park would be the best to go to on a sunday that isn't extremely busy? Or would it be best to do a pool day on the sunday, or DTD/Pleasure Island on sunday and start the parks on monday?
I know the UG says the best day to attend MK is on a wed,but is a monday very busy for MK? I for some strange reason like to attend the parks in order> MK, Epcot, MGM, AK, don't ask me why, it just doesn't seem the same to me if i do it out of order. LOL!! TIA

Anything but the MK would probably be fine.

I don't think Monday is particularly busy at the MK, based on our latest research. And we'll be updating those 'best days' recommendations shortly.

We go in the summer and always go to Epcot on a Sunday.....
I have read the Unofficial Guide for years and love it...And always recomend it....
