i live a very low carb lifestyle and plan on treating myself to pancakes on my upcoming trip!! I’m staying at Grand Floridian so anywhere on the monorail would be best and I want non park. Suggestions? I looked at the Grand Cafe menu and they look like they have additions to their pancakes that look interesting. Any pancake connoisseurs out there
That can chime in??

The macadamia nut pineapple pancakes at Kona Cafe (Poly), are my favorite on property! I get them with the pineapple on the side. They come with a macadamia nut butter. They are so delicious! My mouth waters just thinking about them.

I would choose either the pineapple macadamia nut pancakes at Kona or the sweet potato pancakes at the Wave. Both are wonderful!

Since the GFC took the citrus pancakes (citrus infused butter, pecans, sun dried cranberries, and orange slices on top) off the menu, my indulgent pancake breakfast is the macadamia nut pancakes at Kona.

They took the Citrus Pecan Pancakes off the menu? Oh, man. Those were so good. That's disappointing. I was going to suggest those. I have a reservation at The Wave this trip and am excited for their Sweet Potato Pancakes.

Kona Café by a mile. I control my diabetes thru exercise and carb control so when I go there I just don't think about those carbs.

Absolute best on property and universe - pineapple macadamia nut. Though I don’t typically eat pancakes, but these are so yummy!

Looks like they just have regular pancakes. That was a popular menu item.

I will give another vote to the macadamia nut pancakes from Kona. I do exactly as @tinkerbella16 and I get the pineapple topping on the side. It’s just too sweet for me. The menu says the side is meat but you can ask for a scrambled egg instead.
