Best option from MK to DHS w limited mobility

What's the best combo option of Disney transportation from MK to DHS around lunch time on a weekday? One person in our party has somewhat limited mobility due to an injury. They can walk but only slowly. We're trying to make a lunch reservation at DHS after a morning in MK.

I'm considering:
-boat from MK to a monorail resort, then bus to DHS
-monorail to TTC then bus to DHS
-other (faster) options?

How about bus from MK to Boardwalk, Yacht & Beach or Swan & Dolphin and then boat to DHS.

Under those circumstances I wouldn't park hop.

One issue is the walk from the boat dock to the bus stop at whatever resort you use as a transfer point. or the walk from the monorail stop at the TTC to the bus stop for DHS.

I'm not 100% sure but monorail to the Contemporary then bus to DHS might involve the shortest walks.
