Best option for six people?

2 adults
4 kids
Age 22, 20, 16 14
One of them boy so five beds would be best. The cheaper the better.

Budget friendly, All Star Music suites would be your best option. Then only two kids will have to share a bed. At AOA you will only have 3 sleep surfaces which I'm guessing is less than ideal with one boy and three girls.

In Disney's terms, your party is 4 adults and two kids. I'd also go with two rooms at a value; that will be your most cost-effective option at a Disney resort. When dividing up your group, keep in mind that there's an additional per-night charge for more than two adults booked into a room, so make it two adults on each room's reservation.

Actually, in Disney terms she has nothing but adults. 10+ is an adult to them! haha

Make sure to request connecting rooms when/if you book two rooms. We had two connecting rooms at All Star Sports several years ago for 5 of us. Having the second bathroom really helped!

We have a family of five with kids ages 12, 18 and 21 and we're doing two rooms at POP on our next trip. It's not the cheapest option but it's competitive and with the refurbished rooms at POP everyone gets a queen bed. The two bathrooms is almost a must for out family as well.

The original poster said "the cheaper the better." A two-bedroom DVC, even on rented points, is definitely not her cheapest option.
The title was best option for six people. They might think it over and decide a two bedroom villa would be their best option. No harm in giving them ideas to research.

The sofa bed and murphy bed in AoA suites are both small doubles, not even queens.
Well, truly - they're regular/standard size double/full beds, not small doubles :)

Ten-17 isn't adult in terms of hotel rooms.

Request, sure - but this party makeup is probably least likely to have a connecting request accommodated. Four adults and two children? Not saying it wouldn't happen, but unlikely.
