Best online place to book hotel

Hey all, i'm looking to get some new websites for booking m hotel stay. We're staying at Courtyard Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village this September. I've gone through probably 20 different hotel websites getting quotes on how much a 8 night stay would be. So far all-hotels.com is the cheapest but there it wouldn't guarantee me a 1 king size bed. Runner up is my aaa discount so if any of you have a great website you use please pass it along. I would greatly appreciate it.

no one can guaranteed you a king bed.

but for a more than a week stay - I would do a timeshare then a hotel....especially if you want a king bed.

www.skyauction.com - you are bidding - around 2 weeks before you leave there MIGHT be more timeshares.

www.condodirect.com - if you can wait the prices will get a little better - 60 to 30 days before you leave - SOMETIMES.

do you know anyone who is a member of II? (interval international)....

they can get you the member discount plus you get some Marriott....

since all members get 12 getaways per year - you aren't doing anyone out of anything...

How do exactly timeshares work?

you don't care if it is a timeshare - you are only interested in a good place for your week.... you don't have to go to any sales pitches with either skyauction or condodirect...

but as I say - if you want a marriott find someone at your work or school who is a member of II and can get you a II getaways - those have Marriott's Imperial Palms, Grande Vista, Cypress Harbour for Sept...

with GV even the studio has a king bed....

you are not out to BUY a timeshare..... never buy from the developer.... and I would not buy in Orlando (too many - better deals are elsewhere and you can generally always trade to Orlando)

I suggest you look at flyertalk.com under the Marriott programs. They have a wonderful thread listing all the Marriott discount codes. Join the Marriott frequent guest program on line and then start plugging in the codes on their website. Usually works great for me. I often get a 2 bdrm at Cypress Harbor for 159/nt by using the M11 code. Another one I would join is travelzoo.com. Just got a one bdrm at the Hilton Grand for 79 per night.
