Best off site hotels for around $100/night?

Hi everyone. I need advice on which hotels to look into for an offsite stay for 2 nights in early Oct. I've been searching for a value resort with the FL resident late fall discount and I am having no luck! We've never stayed offsite before so I really have no idea where to look. We want to be close by but we're only going down for the Halloween party and maybe one day in the park so we need affordable accommodations. Thanks for you help!

Have you tried Orbitz? They're showing availability at all Disney values for the first week in October, with prices right around $100. There should be at least a 15% discount code as well.

Or, have you tried searching for just a regular rack rate? Pop looks to be about $115 for that week, and is available.

Have you looked at condo rentals instead of hotels? They tend to be cheaper and give you way more room. There are a lot that go for less than $100 per night. Check homeaway.com and vrbo.com

Didn't look to see if it was available but Buena Vista Suites is a good choice we think!

Edit - did a quick check from 9/29-10/4 - regular rates (no discount) were 106, Florida resident was 97$/night and AAA was 95$/night...

I agree with this. Buena Vista Suites are nice units, close to the parks, and I believe breakfast is included.
