Best off-site condo-type hotel?

We are Disney Vacation Club members, so always stay at a DVC resort. A friend of mine is taking her niece to Disney this summer. She wants a condo-type hotel, and does not mind staying off-site, if not too far a drive. She is NOT familiar with Disney AT ALL. Where should I recommend she stay?

If it's just the two of them, I would go with a 2 bedroom at Windsor Hills. Bonnet Creek would be a good choice as well.

Lighthouse Key Resort and Spa is supposed to be pretty good.

I just got a great quote through vacation strategy for bonnet creek. I have never stayed there but it is a good deal and the resort looks nice.
