Anyone willing to share which number they called to rebook successfully? I spent 4.5 hours today - mostly on hold - and got no where. The gentleman that answered at 90 minutes couldn't help, but had no clue why he couldn't help. He insisted I had to talk to guest relations and transferred me without warning.
I just want to change my dates. Same resort, same people, same tickets, same length of stay. I could book it myself online, but I would pay more because I would pay rack rate instead of getting the 35% discount for for losing free dining.
