Best non-misting fan

I want to get hand held non-misting fans for our August trip, and I'm looking for recommendations. I'm not looking for the cheapest, but for a small size yet powerful and quiet. Any suggestions?

Get one that takes 3 double A batteries. They provide a stronger airflow. I got mine at Walgreen's 5 years ago and it is still working. Look for a caged in type with hard plastic blades. Not the soft blade open type. They're worthless. Sorry I can't remember the brand name. Stay cool.
