Best night to go to Palo?

We are leaving tomorrow for New Year's Magic cruise on Sat. We wondered what night might be a good night to make ressies at Palo. We plan to do a brunch and Tuesday night (New Year's Eve) is supposed to be a special formal dinner with special menu, but what other night would be good to go to Palo? Is there a night when the menu is not so good? I can't remember from our last cruise, but seemed there was a great chefs or something like that - that wasn't the best. Any suggestions? I need them soon! Thanks--- Barb

Consider which dining rotation you end up with, and then make the decision based on that. Since we travel with small children, we always end up with APLAPLA rotation (Animators,Parrot Cay, Lumieres)...

That said, based on the above rotation, we always picked Tuesday as our Palo night, which is the second Animators seating. Since something special is planned for Tuesday (New Years Eve), you may want to consider going to Palo on another PC or AP night...we love the menu and think the food is considerably better at Lumieres than the other 2 regular dining restaurants.

we always skip Parrot cay but they have a new menu out now and it was to our liking so now it is a tough choice next time we will skip PC peter
