Best Night time babysitting clubs?

HI My family is going to DW in June, have 2 nites planned - Hoop de doo revue (or whatever it is called!) and dinner at Chef Mickies. My husband and I went on our own last year and had a blast. So we would like to do one night out by ourselves. We have an 8 yr old and 11 yr old. WHich of the night camps are the funnest? and best supervised. I am a little leary of leaving the kids but.... I would think Disney kids clubs would be fairly trustworthy! thanks! Karin, mom to Anja and Matthew
