As for Lecter...I never saw him as the villian of the movie. The skin wearing freak was the villian to me. Lector although bad very much helped solve the crime.

My pick for best villian would have to be the Wicked Witch of the West. She's fantastic.

Hannibal Lecter in Silence, hands down... The guy is on screen for like 15 minutes and he's STILL giving people nightmares!
