Best loop for tent camping?

What is the best loop for tent camping? I'd prefer not be around pets and don't need a preferred loop. I'd like to be in a heavily wooded area for privacy... Camping with DW, DS12, and DD8 this Dec 6-18.

Loops 1500 and 2000 are the partial hookup loops intended primarily for tent campers.

They have larger sand pads for staking down multiple tents and flys.

Loop 1500 is centrally located right across the street from the Meadows Trading Post, pool, Bike Barn, and Campfire Program. It is quite easy to walk to either the Reception Area or the Boat Dock from Loop 1500.

The loop is small, so no campsite is too far away from a comfort station.

Loop 2000 is more secluded, a bit further from everything, and is quite large. It has two comfort stations. It is more likely that you will be some distance from a comfort station in this loop.

As far as being wooded, all of Ft. Wilderness is heavily wooded and most sites provide plenty of privacy.

FYI - I will tent camping at Ft. Wilderness December 8 - 15. Hopefully in Loop 1500 That is my favorite loop.

We camped in loop 2000 in 1999....it was very nice and quiet. Comfort station and bus stop were close to our site. I don't think there are any bad sites.

I think I'd like to try loop 1500, but it seems like it would be noisier and busier than 2000.
