Best location for Star Wars Fireworks?

Any suggestions appreciated....Wondering if we are better off outside the gates. We saw the Frozen ones on the walkway between the DHS and the BW but missed the music.
Last night we heard the music from the BW though...maybe the wind carrying it exactly right.
Where should we go to see it and hear it?

I know it is expensive but the Dessert Party for Star Wars fireworks was great. When it was over my wife and I both said it was worth the money to do it once.

Thanks for your suggestion but it is too late for that...it's tonight I'm inquiring about. We are here now! Beautiful weather and low crowds...awesome trip!!

I don't know if you are aware of the search feature here on the forums, but a quick search can often get answers to questions like this. I just searched "Star Wars Fireworks" and found over a dozen threads in the past 30-40 days alone asking this very question.

You need the music to really appreciate them, totally worth the crowds. Best place is in front the of Chinese Theater IMO.

I'm sure one of those linked threads has Robo's awesome map to show you, but we were over kind of in front of Min & Bill's Dockside Diner. We sat there until the show got ready to start and then walked right up in front of the theater as close as they'd let us get. It was fabulous and not terribly crowded. When the finale comes, it actually rumbles in your chest! You feel like you are IN the fireworks!
Enjoy! Best fireworks I've EVER seen!

Saw them three times on my Jan trip!!! The best spot, for me, was half way down the street, below that neon Pluto sign to the left, overhead.
I stood closer the first time, close to the dessert party area. Then I watched from further back...close to the turnstiles. I liked the middle spot best.
