Voted for Mina's. That's one of the few dress-up places we go to when staying at Aulani. The menu and service is pretty high up there compared to what we can get in California.
As other people say, Roy's is a chain. Also, the Roy's at Ko Olina is rumored as the worst Roy's in the chain for some reason. After dining there once, we agree--food was not very good and not snooty enough :-)
In Waikiki, we'd dress up for the 100 Sails buffet in the Prince hotel. Good views, good food (crispy salmon skin hand rolls!) and some locals also dress up and go there. Pretty good snooty factor there.

I agree that the food at Roy's was not as good as other locations. Even the pineapple martini wasn't as good. Also, for me the overall atmosphere of the restaurant had too much of a golf course restaurant vibe and felt dated. Everything from the strip mall type of parking lot that you pull up into and the dated restaurant you step into. Just doesn't compare to the Four Seasons. Overall the experience just wasn't worth the $350 for two adults and a toddler. We all agreed we deeply regretted that we spent that kind of money to not be sitting outside at Mina's overlooking the ocean. One night at Mina's we even got lucky and some rich family from Japan had purchased fireworks from Aulani to celebrate their engagement and we got a nice show on the water.
