Best hotel/rate with suite and free breakfast?

I can't remember but I stayed in one in Kissimmee (i think). Hampton Inn type and it had a great rate, a sofa sleeper and free breakfast.

We've done one night stays before/after a trip at Buena Vista Suites. Two queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa that is pretty comfortable in the living room. We stayed at Staybridge Suites LBV in December. I LOVED it! Will definitely be staying there again. We got an awesome deal thru travelzoo - $75 per night for a 2 bedroom suite! It was huge and dh, kids and I stayed in one bedroom with 2 doubles and a bath. Sis and her dh stayed in other bedroom with king and bath. Full hot breakfast included eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, toast, cereals, milk (1, 2, and chocolate), juices. It was a TON of offerings.

I agree with those that have mentioned Buena Vista Suites. We have stayed there a few times and it was a very nice clean hotel and the staff was great. The free breakfast is a buffet and it includes: eggs, waffles, french toast, potatoes, make-your-own-omlete, bacon, sausage, hot cereal, cold cereal, bagels, danish, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, milk, chocolate milk. The food was good (standard buffet food) and hot. The room has a small fridge, microwave both in the living room (also a sleeper sofa, chair, desk, coffee table, flat screen TV). One bathroom and in the bedroom 2 queen sized beds and a flat screen TV. Beds are very comfy.
The last time we stayed here was Feb. 2010 (only 1 night because we arrived a day early for our reservation on property. we left home early due to an impending snow storm). We have stayed here 2 other times as well, always great service and clean rooms.
We have never paid more than $100 per night. We have booked directly from them via telephone. Check out mousesaver.com sometimes they have a discount code. Good Luck!

Buena Vista Suites and their sister hotel Caribe Royale have internet specials on Wed. and Thurs. when you can get a really good deal! Just go to the website on those days the earlier the better!
