Ok, we are heading to WDW on June 23rd. We are staying at Windsor Hills. Let's assume that we are there at rope drop and decided to head back to the house around 2pm. How long will it take to get from MK exit to our house? I know that this is an impossible question with so many variables, but we are trying to figure out if it is worth it or if it will take up way too much time.
Assuming an 8 crowd level, should we expect an hour each way? Two?

Now, once you get to the MK exit you'll need to take either a monorail or a ferry to the TTC where you left your car. The monorail is slightly quicker and you shouldn't have too much of a wait early in the afternoon like that, so I would say you should plan for about 25 minutes to walk from the gate to the Monorail, board the train, and ride to the TTC. Once you get to the TTC you'll need to either walk out to your car (if you're not too tired from walking all day or take a parking lot tram). Again, I wouldn't expect too much of a wait for the tram, so maybe 15 minutes to walk from the monorail platform to the tram, board the tram, and ride out to the lot, then maybe 5 minutes to walk to your car, load it and start driving out... for a grand total of an hour and 15 minutes.
