I'm assuming both are better than Le Cellier.
How would any of these places compare to, say, The Capital Grille?

Thanks again for all of the responses. In general I would rank The Capital Grille above Ruth's Chris, Mortons, and Gibsons, at least the locations in Chicago. I'm sure there is a fair amount of variance in locations from city to city.
Nothing whatsoever "fatty" about any of the cuts at Shula's.
But taste is always a matter of personal preference.
