Any food items that you recommend from the POP food court? We're staying at POP for the first time in January and we'll probably do at least one dinner and maybe a breakfast or two from the food court. I'd love to know if there are any great things I should try or avoid! Thanks!

We had a large pizza for lunch one day and it was surprisingly good. We were with a group of 12 at POP and I didn't hear anybody complain about any of the food they ate there.

They usually have some type of chicken at the Italian counter...(usually either parmesan or alfredo) that comes with pasta and a breadstick. I thought it was quite good as it was a fairly large chicken breast and I remember the portions were large enough that I didn't finish it.

I love the Chix Parmasian or Chix Alfedo both are huge pieces of Chix., pasta and bread stick.
Mom's night out specials can be fun for the "big kid" as a trip back down memory lane .
For breakfast I like the adult breakfast platter (bacon, Eggs, biscuit, sausage), or a muffin.

Never had a bad meal here in our many trips.

I agree with the Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Alfredo. There was plenty for me to share with my 2 year old dd, too.

I didn't like anything I had at the Pop food court. Sorry!
Avoid the calzone and the lo mein at all costs!!!! The cheese burger wasn't the worst I've ever had.

Pop is just great. We loved it. I agree with the others that say the Chicken Alfredo was awesome. Very big portion and delicious and I'm italian so that's saying something.

Don't forget if your on the DP, you can use your snack credits for a whole box of doughnuts for breakfasts.

Well...in 2007 you could, not sure yet about 2008. I wish more people that are @ WDW right now would post about the changes to the DDP! We won't be there until mid-Feb and I recently removed the DDP from our MYW pkg until I got a little more info as I knew I could always add it back on later with no change fees.

I really liked the sundried tomato calzone...my husband liked the Chicken Parm. We always got pastries for breakfast and they were good.

Breakfast Pizza! MmmmHmmmm! My absolute favorite! Also loved the meatball sub. Yummy! Can't wait to go back ... I dream about that breakfast pizza! :woohoo:

It has been awhile but I remember not having any problems and I have 2 picky eaters! It served our needs well.;)

I always get the Sloppy Joe.
DD likes the Penne Pasta.

We've stayed at the POP twice and I've been exceptionally easy please with the bacon cheeseburgers both times. I have a kind of simple taste!

I really liked the sun-dried tomato calzone at lunch. For breakfast I really like the chocolate chip pancakes, the breakfast potatoes, the breakfast pizza, and the breakfast wrap. I also like the grab and go cheesecake, (the plain one, not the tye-dye,) and the carrot cake.

the Mom's dinners are great.. the fried chicken, turkey dinner, salmon.. all fabulous! Really, POP has the best food court. I was disappointed last trip to see alot of the refrigerated stuff gone... they used to have sandwiches, salads, etc. that you could pick up... the manager said they had or were changing who supplied them with those items. I don't recall if he said it was a temporary change, or permanent that these items were now gone. Anyone there recently who can confirm?

I ate at least one meal a day at Everything POP...usually breakfast or lunch. I LOVED it there!!!!! We are pretty picky, and we all loved every meal. Some of the things we all got (looking at my book from last trip!)

Chicken, Feta, Artichoke Flatbread
Meatball Sub
Adult Breakfast Platter
Breakfast Pizza (yum!)
Choclate Chip Pancakes
Pancakes with Bacon
Loaded Nachos
Tomato Calzone
Hot Dog Basket
Chicken Penne Alfredo
Cheesesteak Wrap
Ham and Cheese Omelet
Yogurt w/ Granola
Chocolate Cake
Worms in Dirt
Tye Dye Cheesecake

We weren't disappointed in ANYTHING. And in 2007, we got donuts, chips, salsa...all snack credits. I hope the way you can use the snack option won't change...I heard it won't. Let's hope!
