Hi everyone, I will be travelling in end of July to August for my vacation. What is the BEST firework viewing spot for Happily Ever After? I've been hearing a lot about the hub near Casey's. How much time do we have to be there earlier to pick a spot? Thanks!

Well this will be a brand new show that hasn't debuted yet so best viewing might not be known yet. However I'd have to say in the hub area or near the end of main street so you can catch the projections and fireworks.

No one knows. As of now we can only go off what we know from Wishes. So hub would be best bet and likely will remain the prime area.

This is a million dollar question and no one can answer you. At least, no one who is talking can
Other than the Hub. The Hub is always the best place to see a show designed to be seen from the POV of the castle

We were a group of 5 who staked out a spot on the artificial grass in the Garden in front of Casey's Corner on a very busy night just after New Years. To answer your question, we got there about 30 minutes before Wishes began and had no trouble finding a spot, using a blanket we brought with us. It was great and because of some very vocal folks, those in front of us remained sitting and we could see quite well while seated on our blanket.fullsizeoutput_10bd.jpeg

I agree with @Gehrig1B, that fake grass spot (the old west garden FP area) in front of Casey's is my "secret spot" I like to get to for Wishes, and presumably for this new show. The planter barriers are just enough to make many people 'think' that's not an open area and I tend to have great luck getting a spot, even relatively last minute. I've also been able to stay seated a few times as well, which is nice.

Don't sit too close to the castle! Made that mistake last night and it really wasn't a good view. In the past we've done further back on Main Street, much better and easier to exit the park.

based on videos coming out from a test they did, the same spots for wishes should be good.

Only difference to swishes I would say is even more important to have good view of castle given the projections - and in the test, some seems rather low/towards the base of the Castle - so probably similar area to stir/stand but even more important to have clear view/no one taller than you in front of you

Now that this has had it's opening night...

Anywhere you would watch wishes should be great. No clue what outside the park is like but there is plenty of much higher fireworks to see. Of course where you can see the castle for the projections is better than not having them but I don't think outside the park would be bad.. there is projections on the side towers added, they just fill in the look of the castle so it's ok if you can't see them.
