What is the best counter service restaurant at EPCOT & why?

I loved the chicken wrap served with lentil salad and couscous. Very tasty!

Another vote for Tangerine!

The platters are fairly large too. The food is pretty good and an excellent value.

Vote #4 for Tangerine Cafe, the rotisserie chicken and olive salad are wonderful and there is enough to share.

Hmmm...we've definitely got a pattern going here! We love Tangierine Cafe. The rotiserie chicken is such a nice change from burgers. Plus, not the many people eat there so it's usually not crowded.

We're pretty meat and potato eaters so I say The Electric Umbrella or Liberty Inn.

We love the schwarma platter at the Tangierine.

A close second place would be Mexico's combo. platter. That's pretty yummy, too. And the margarita stand is closeby. : )

are at Mexico and Japan
Yakatori at Japan is awesome - always eat our first and last meal there...
BUT, now I wish I would have tried the Tangierine Cafe too.

For us it's a tie between the fish & chips in the UK

and the lamb schwarma platter at Tangierine Cafe.

Another vote for Tangierine Cafe (as in the city, not the fruit of a similar name!)

Tangerine Cafe is a place we will have to try next trip. My current favorite is the Turkey sandwich at Liberty Inn. It's a tasty whole wheat bagel with smoked turkey, cheese (muenster?), lettuce & some kind of special mayo. It comes with a small, very good side salad.

I really fell in love with the Mexico Pavillions CS service on the last trip. We got a combo platter that had diffrent things and its was HUDGE and sooo good. DH still talks about it when we go to our local Mexican resturant and still says he liked what he had at Epcot better.

we ate at tangerines last trip and I have to say, i wasn't all that impressed. It was good and the portions were large but the price REALLY reflected that. It was $13 for a platter! I don't like Mexico...I love authentic mexican and to me it just tastes like "theme park imitating Mexican." Everything is overly smothered in cheese and sauce and to be honest...it felt like a reheated frozen chimichunga with a giant ladleful of house sauce.

Yakatori SMELLED really good on our last trip (went in to get plum wine...didn't realize they had it in the booth at the entrance). Of course, I've heard some not so nice things about it and you can't really go on a "smell" recommendation.

I've always had good luck at the Electric umbrella...especially for the basics (salads, burgers, chicken fingers) but its the best for a quick breakfast grab like muffins and chocolate milk.

The hands down best CS has to be the land. However, I haven't eaten there since the rehab/refurb so its probably ALOT different. Plan on eating there this Oct so I can review it then!

I like the Cantina in Mexico. I am not a big couscous or hummus fan.

Another vote for Tangerine Cafe. Great food. We also liked the Sunshine seasons; great desserts.
