Best DVC for 6 women wanting their own bed

What DVC do you recommend for 6 women ranging in age from mid 60's to late 20's each wanting our own bed. We are all family - aunt/niece/cousin and while sharing a bed might be ok, separate beds would likely be preferable. Also trying to avoid a pull out or sleeper chair but that is not out of the question. Although one person, the youngest, might only be with us for a few days and she might be ok on a pull out.

Best bathroom ratio would be helpful too. I am looking at WBC too but want to see what might work well on property too. We could do multiple DVC but having us altogether might make it more fun. Unless multiple DVC would be cheaper.

Thanks

an OKW studio has 2 queen beds. all other studios have 1 queen bed + 1 pullout sofabed.

1BRs have 1 king bed + 1 pullout sofabed (larger than the one in the studios). BLT, AKV (non-value) and OKW 1BRs have a pullout sleeper chair.

so a 2BR (usually a 1BR connected to a studio) gets you, at most, 3 "real" beds. (some non-OKW, "dedicated" 2BRs have 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, but OKW is the easiest option to limit the sofabeds.)

BLT and AKV-kidani have 3 bathrooms in their 2BRs.

Even a Grand Villa at any resort would put someone either sharing the King bed or on a pull out.

Personally, I'd go with an OKW 2 bedroom. You would have the following. 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a King bed in the master, a pull out queen sofa sleeper and a single pull out chair sleeper.

You'd still have to have one sharing, but it would be a many points cheaper than a Grand Villa.

The other consideration, Kidani and BLT dedicated 2 BR (lockoff 2Br only has a sleeper sofa instead of a 2nd queen bed) get you 3 full bathrooms, OKW and Jambo 2BR only have 2 bathrooms.

If the question is more of privacy than comfort, Kidani Grand Villas are 2 story, and have a pull-out in the upstairs loft area, which would be a little nicer than having to be sleeping on a pull-out in the main living room.

I'd do the OKW grand villa. It's the best GV points wise. I think each of the bedrooms upstairs has 2 beds...so that's 5 beds and one is a king (could share that or the 6th person could do the sleeper sofa). That or 3 studios...and pick the ones that have 2 beds instead of a bed and pull-out (are there any studios like that which aren't part of a 2BR dedicated?).

That's good too...but the points are crazy for these.

My recommendation is a dedicated 2 bedroom at either BLT or Kidani.

As mentioned, there would be 5 separate beds/sleep sofa/chair. I'd give master bedroom to the the 2 who will share a bed since the Master has a king bed. Then put 2 in the second bedroom (each will have queen bed), 1 on the queen sleep sofa in the living area and 1 on the twin sized sleep chair in the living room.

These two options also provide 3 bathrooms, which means only 2 people share a bathroom. :)

Have fun!

Thanks folks. Some options here for sure. I am hoping to snag the master bedroom as this trip is to celebrate my milestone birthday.

Then we have 48 yr old cousin and her 25 yr old daughter who could share a bed or have their own beds

Mid 60's yr old aunt and 60 yr old niece (yes you read right) own beds preferable and likely not a pull out couch

29 year old cousin - own bed or pull out. She might only stay a few days she is a FL resident.

WBC gives us exactly what we want but hoping for on property options. Seems somewhat possible.

Is there a website or link out there that gives all the DVC resorts and the bedding configuration in a list somewhere. I've checked All ears and this website and the info is buried in paragraphs. I want to put it all easily in a spreadsheet for review.

Thanks

Don't know when ur planning, but points for a Treehouse ain't that bad and you have 6beds....2 are pull outs though. Lots of space.

One of the THV bedrooms has bunk beds. Given the make up of the party, I don't think it's a very good option.

Three OKW studios - six queen sized beds.
This is the only situation that fulfills the specific situation and it will be the most cost effective DVC option as well as giving 3 baths. I think the next closest option and likely best to meet all requirements as much as possible that I'd consider is a 2 BR plus studio at OKW which gives 5 regular beds with one being a King and 2 pullouts (one twin sized), only one of which is needed. If you start compromising due to cost, the next best DVC option is a single 2BR dedicated that has 2 queen beds (not all do at all resorts). Likely the best of the bunch would be a Kidani 2 BR dedicated which has 2 pullouts, 2 queen's in the second and a king plus 3 baths.

After that you're looking at 3 value or other cash rooms or off property in some way. Some of the Wyndham properties have bunk beds in the upper level units but I don't think BC does. To meet all your criteria at BC you'd have to get multiple units or go up to the 4 BR presidential. I'm not personally aware of a timeshare in Orlando that will get cover all your current requirements in a single unit that's less than 4 BR other than possibly the houses at Summer Bay and I'm not sure about those.

Dvcnews.com is another great resource for dvc specific information, including how many plates, etc are stocked in each unit.. But that is all seperated by resort, and I am not aware of a consolidated view like you are asking for.
