We really liked the panini style sandwiches at Earl. That was my vote.

We LOVE Earl of Sandwich! We love it so much, we even looked into obtaining a franchise!

Wolfgang Puck express was awesome!!! It was better than some of the TS we ate at.

Wolfgang Puck Express is a tradition with us; once we discovered it, every trip has at least one WPE experience!
We also like EOS, but it doesn't have the variety of dishes that WPE has.
I don't think anyone can go wrong with either, and a nice treat afterwards is Ghirardelli's!

We LOVE Earl of Sandwich and are looking forward to stopping there before we even check in to our hotel this year!

However, I'd definitely say that Wolfgang Puck is a better value on the dining plan!

DH is still talking and craving the Thai noodle salad. For me it is the chicken tenders with garlic mashed potatoes. mmmmmm good!! The staff there was extremely helpful too. We were on DDP and our CM explained everything that was available with no confusion. If I remember correctly, the only thing you couldn't get was the meatloaf meal. No biggie. Oh and the portions here were huge. One meal could easily feed two people.

Earl's on the other hand was extremely busy and the staff seemed annoyed by my DDP question. DH really wanted milk as his beverage rather than a soft drink. When you approach the counter, you place your order with the first CM, then you move along the line and at the end of the counter you pay for your order. So, I asked the first CM if my DH could have milk as his beverage. He said that was fine. Well, we make it to the end of the counter to pay and the CM flatly refused to allow us the milk. I told her that the first CM told us it was OK. She then told us that milk is only available for a kids meal. Whatever. The food was mediocre too.

It's no contest, Earl of Sandwich is the winner 100% in a landslide. Their prices are so much better then Wolfgang Pucks Express & their food tastes a lot better.

DTD Stands for Downtown Disney. There are 3 sections which are called Marketplace, Pleasure Island & West Side. So if you want to try Earl of Sandwich & Wolfgang Pucks, you would go to Downtown Disney Marketplace.

I like Earl of Sandwich. I think it is yummy and really like the surroundings. Other than Tusker House for breakfast, this is my favorite CS place on property.

And it is right next to the pin store, where we always have to make a stop.

We ate at WPE last night. Wasn't bad. But was just okay. Was not one of their most stellar nights. But still not bad. DH ate the mac n cheese and he said it was really dried out. And it looked it. I thought he might send it back. But he ate it.
Never had even close to an off meal at EoS. Just experienced long lines and waits, for counter service.

I have not eaten at either but I do have a question about WGP. It counts as a counter service on the dining plan, right?? Also, do you make an ADR for it or just walk up?? Thanks!

You have to be careful because there a number of Wolfgang Puck restaurants at DTD. The counter service one (Wolfgang Puck Express)is located in the Marketplace section of DTD. Near World of Disney. WPE is on the dining plan. No ADR is needed.

Then there is Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Dining Room. These are two separate restaurants. Both the Dining Room and the Cafe are table service restaurants. Only the Cafe is on the dining plan. I think both take ADR's.
