The menus at the signature restaurants (e.g. California Grill) changewith the seasons so it's hard to say if what you had in October is still on the menu. If there is something you especially liked you can send an email to DW asking for the recipe.
The "Chef Mickey - Treasures from the Vault and Delicious New Favorites" by Pam Brandon & the Disney Chefs (2010) has a nice selection of frequently requested recipes and old favorites. The recipes from the California Grill are "Grouper with Asian Vegetables, Sticky Rice & Ginger-Soy Broth," "Grilled Pork Tenderloin," "Lemongrass Risotto" and from the Vault ""Top of the World Dressing."
There is a new cookbook that was just released according to the Disney Parks Blog:
http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...from-disney-parks-resorts-disney-cruise-line/
and another one coming out soon:

The previously linked allears page has an extensive collection of Disney recipes. The disboards has a recipe thread as well down on the Cooking forum. If you scroll down to post 15 in the Index thread it lists the recipes from Cali Grill. Unfortunately when the board moved 2 weeks ago all the page numbers on the Index thread that link to the recipes no longer match. The recipes are still there, but you'll have to hunt to find the recipes (e.g. the Grilled Pork Tenderloin recipe that was on page 68 is now on page 51). This Grilled Pork Tenderloin recipe matches the one in the Chef Mickey Treasures from the Vault cookbook.

I actually have all but one of the cookbooks in the Food Blog article linked by figment_jii. I'm missing the "Magic Kitchen Cooking" one. I use the "Cooking with Mickey - Gourmet Mickey Cookbook Vol II a lot, but it was originally published way back in 1991 and maybe reprinted in 2001 so you won't find current recipes in it. The "Mickey's Gourmet Cookbook" is the exact same one, but has regular binding instead of spiral bound. I also use the even older "Cooking with Mickey Around our World" (1987) regularly.
Some of the cookbooks mentioned in the Food Blog article are still available at the parks and the parks' mail order merchandising (877 560-6477) even if they show as out of print on
amazon. I feel like I saw "Chef Mickey - Treasures from the Vault," "Delicious Disney," "Delicious Disney Desserts," "Delicious Disney Holidays" and a couple of the kids' cookbooks last fall in the park.
