I agree that it is a matter of opinion, but in my experience I had dinner scheduled for Tuesday night and was still having a little bit of difficulty with my "sea legs". Actually got to Palos, ordered, and turned to my husband and said that I HAD to leave. Just looking out the windows seeing the movement of the ship made me feel sick to my stomach. Never did get back for dinner , but enjoyed a wonderful brunch on Thursday. My best advise is to do brunch on a sea day, don't starve yourself, I think that was my problem, Iwanted to have lots of room for the yummie deserts and didn't eat any lunch before dinner! No matter when you go you'll have a great time!!!
