I am just throwing this out there......
Looking for the best rate on resorts for June :goodvibes
I read the boards most days and read Mousesavers updates, etc....
But just by the chance I have missed something......
I was hoping someone would come up with something new...

And I am wondering everyone's opinion as to what really is the best deal right now for June....... AP maybe? or AAA? or Package?

Or should I just be patient and wait to see what pops up in the next month? :confused3

Thanks

If you want dining option, you'll have to book a pkg.

If so, why not reserve a room @ rack rate (or AAA) and then you can add the dining option before 30 days out...and still have a place to lay your head.

Of course I need to book for 2 nights in June & haven't done so yet either.LOL

I just booked through Disney. I was hunting around for the best deals and found that I couldn't get what I wanted ala carte. I tried Dreams Unlimited first and after I received their quote I went to disney. EXACTLY the same price.
Also both of them told me that the dining must be booked with the resort and passes. I tried bookingthe swan at the teacher rate(155) but cant add dining or airport transfers.
I tried booking with the AAA discount through DU and DIS but if they give you the AAA discount you cannot add dining. WHEW

Booked with did and am done.............. counting the days to the CBR

This will be our 3rd trip to the CBR in 15 years.
Enjoy

It's been reported that -

If you a book a MYW pkg thru a AAA TA, you'll get the discount on the room portion of the pkg...

You might want to check it out.

We booked a package thru AAA. We got the AAA room discount and added the dining plan. You do have to buy at least one day's worth of park entrance tickets in the package to get the dining, but you do not have to match the park ticket days with the total night stays.

We are going for two weeks in June, with the first week off property and the second week at the WL (where AAA rates were available). We wanted 10 day hopper passes, with waterparks, but we found we had to buy these prior to checking in to the WL, and they could not therefore be part of a WL package.

But we did think the dining plan would be a good value for us, so we booked a AAA package and added one days park entrance, no hopper, etc. so we could get the dining plan for the WL portion of the stay.

Do you mind if I ask what kind of dining plan you added?
And what was the price? I am just trying to see if it works better to add dining. Or just plan meals seperately.
I also tried for quotes from DU and ended up with higher quotes than directly from Disney. I know some people swear by them.....but they have never done anything to help me.
Thanks,

First of all--book your rooms for summer and then revise the reservation if additional discounts come up. We saved over $400 2 years ago when a special Disney VISA code came up but I'm not looking for any such savings this year. Just very happy to have the room and the airflights....next comes the AP, DDE, limo, and then dining ressies. :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:
