Best day to visit each park please, like best wait times/less busy sort of thing?

Going from the 14th of April which is a Sunday till Wednseday. Which day would be bset to visit either Disneyland or Studios?
Any experiences?

I park-hop every day at DLP, spend a bit of time in each park, even on weekends. There are more shows in the Studios, and you don't have to queue for them, so they might be better done on Sunday until the Studios park closes, then going to the main park for the evening?
