Hello! Just wondering what people suggest for CS meals at MGM. The last time I was there I ate at a restaurant right outside the Star Wars Ride, but I can't remember what it was called. We have ADRs for Sci-Fi for lunch. Thanks!

DO you mean the Backlot Express.....I think we always go there too....I dont mind going to Rosies too.....that is near Rock and Roller Coaster....

sci fi has gotten better over the years.. primetime has gotten worse... My choices these days would be pizza planet.. by my dbf would say the commissary ( he likes the cuban sandwich ) :thumbsup2

If I don't have a priority seating at the Sci-Fi, I'll leave the park, get on a boat, and go have lunch at an Epcot resort. I think the counter service restaurants at MGM are bad. Backlot Express at least has something a little different than most.

DH and I like to eat at Catalina Eddie's at MGM. They serve pizza and it's pretty good. We did lunch at the Commissary once, but we weren't all that impressed.

We like the Backlot Express...it's always very clean and has inside and outside seating. They have some variety and a toppings bar, which is nice. They also play music from the 80s TV shows!

We've tried the ABC Commisary a few times but never had much luck in finding something for the kids b/c the food is a little too different.

My parents and I always go to the ABC Commissary and we enjoy it everytime. Their food is very good and the location has a lot of atmopshere it, so I sometimes don't understand why it gets a lot of negative reviews? I guess you can say it's different strokes for different folks, however just because others don't like it is no reason for my parents and I to stop going there.

We love the bagels (smoked salmon particularly) at Starrin Rolls - second choice is Backlot Express.

We ate at Toy Story Pizza Planet and really enjoyed it. They have a pretty good Greek style salad, and I thought the pizza was pretty good.

Personally I like the Flatbread Grill. I got a chicken dish last year, and it was moist and flavor full.

Pizza Planet is a close second, but I like that one more for the atmosphere. The pizza is just like standerd Disney pizza.
